The Islamabad Health Regulatory Authority has decided to take strict action against unregistered healthcare institutions.
The Islamabad Health Regulatory Authority has issued a final warning to unregistered healthcare institutions to complete their documentation within 15 days. Institutions that fail to register within the given time will face strict legal action.
According to the authority, continuing medical practice without registration under the IHRA Act is illegal. In case of non-compliance, registration may be suspended and clinics may be sealed. Medical centers in Islamabad that do not meet legal requirements can be shut down.
The IHRA has released a list of medical centers that lack required documents or have not paid their fees on its official website.
