After an increase in heat intensity in different cities of the country, the risk of heatstroke is being reported, which can be very dangerous for individuals with weak immunity. However, it can be controlled.

‎A nutrition expert says that immediate changes in lifestyle are essential to keep the body healthy during extreme heat.

‎Following sudden changes in weather and a rise in temperature, health experts have advised the public to adopt precautionary measures in daily life and diet.

‎During the afternoon, the intensity of heat increases to such an extent that people at home, in vehicles, and outdoors are all affected. Therefore, children, the elderly, and working individuals need to take special precautions.

‎The nutrition expert emphasized the use of water rich foods, stating that in summer, fruits and vegetables that naturally provide cooling and energy are available. These include Watermelon, Melon, Cucumber, Tomato, and leafy green vegetables, which should be included in the daily diet.

‎He said that during summer, people should prefer staying at home or in cool places as much as possible. If going out is necessary, they should wear light clothing with non dark colors and keep water with them at all times.

‎In addition, people should make it a habit to drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day, and consume fruit juices, as extreme heat can reduce salt levels in the body.
