Dengue continues to spread in the interior regions of Sindh, claiming the lives of four more citizens within 36 hours.
According to sources, the unofficial death toll from dengue this month has reached 18. Hafiz Kashif from Latifabad Unit No. 4 and Sajid Qureshi from Unit No. 9 lost their lives due to dengue.
Similarly, Batool, a resident of Pakka Qila Gali No. 9, and Sajjad Ansari, son of Mehr Ali, also succumbed to the disease. Most dengue patients were being treated in private hospitals.
Meanwhile, the Sindh Health Department has yet to confirm any dengue related deaths in government hospitals.
