Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal met with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki. On this occasion, Mustafa Kamal said that the establishment of King Salman Hospital would be a strong symbol of the longstanding brotherly relations between the two countries, adding that the project reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to the welfare of the people of Pakistan.
He further stated that the construction of King Salman Hospital is among the top priorities of the government.
According to a statement issued by the Federal Ministry of Health, progress on the King Salman Hospital project in Pakistan was reviewed during the meeting, and discussions were held on further strengthening bilateral relations and strategic partnership.
The statement added that Mustafa Kamal expressed gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s continued support in Pakistan’s health sector and said that he is personally overseeing all matters related to the project.
Health Minister Mustafa Kamal stated that the Prime Minister of Pakistan is regularly reviewing the progress of the project.
According to the statement, the Saudi Ambassador reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to continue supporting Pakistan’s development.
