Sindh Issues Monsoon Alert, Rain Forecast for Several Districts

The Sindh Early Warning Center of the Meteorological Department has issued a monsoon alert as moderate monsoon winds begin entering the southeastern parts of the province.

According to the latest forecast, Karachi is expected to experience mostly cloudy and humid conditions over the next three days, with chances of light rain and drizzle during the night and early morning hours.

Districts including Tharparkar, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, and Sanghar are likely to receive light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning from today till July 4.

Light rain or drizzle is also expected in Badin, Thatta, Sujawal, Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Dadu, Khairpur, Sukkur, and Larkana districts during this period.

The authorities have advised residents to stay updated on weather conditions and take necessary precautions, especially in areas prone to waterlogging.
