Karachi, October 28, 2025 — The City School, one of the world’s largest private school networks, has celebrated its employees’ dedication and loyalty through its annual Long Service Awards, recognising staff who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service.
Founded in 1978 in Karachi, Pakistan, The City School has grown into a global education network committed to excellence in teaching and learning. The Long Service Awards, held across all three regions of the network, reflected its ongoing commitment to its 10,000 employees who educate more than 200,000 students worldwide.
The ceremonies brought together teachers, administrators, and education leaders for an evening of appreciation and recognition. Dignitaries from the corporate, public, and education sectors attended as guests of honour, while the celebrations concluded with musical performances symbolising unity and gratitude.
According to the organisers, the initiative highlights The City School’s core values of commitment, teamwork, and excellence, recognising the individuals who have contributed to its success.
As the network expands internationally—across the UAE, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Oman—these awards reinforce its global vision of fostering educational excellence and honouring the people who make it possible.
