QUETTA – A horrifying double murder took place in Quetta, where armed assailants brutally killed a watchman and his friend after tying their hands and feet on Sariab Link Shahwani Road.
According to police, the victims were identified as 22-year-old Ziaur Rehman and his friend Shahid Gul. Their bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta for medico-legal formalities.
Police said that Ziaur Rehman was employed as a watchman at a plastic warehouse, while his friend Shahid Gul had come to visit him. The victims hailed from Loralai and Lakki Marwat respectively.
Authorities have launched an investigation, and efforts are underway to trace and apprehend the culprits behind the gruesome killings.
