Karachi -August 5, 2025:
Karachi University has declared that a Kashmir Society has been set up at the university to create awareness in regard to the Kashmir freedom movement. This was in a meeting as part of Kashmir Exploitation Day, which was presided by a famous Kashmir activist Mishal Hussain Malik.
Personally, Malik revealed that freedom is a lifetime battle and, by marrying Yasin Malik, she also was bound to the whole struggle. She cautioned that false flag terror attacks such as Pulwama might make the region unstable and called to the world to act.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi told that South Asia cannot live with peace until the Kashmir issue is not solved in justice. He named Dr. Nosheen Wasi to head the newfound society.
Such speakers as Prof. Zafar Iqbal Sandhu and Ahmed Chinoy urged students to help Kashmir by making activism, media and arts. It was an event to signify support to Kashmiris and to demand the world to acknowledge their right to self-determination.
