The roll number slips for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025 have been released ahead of the nationwide exam scheduled for October 26 across Punjab and other provinces. All registered candidates must download and print their official roll number slips to appear in the test.

Each slip includes vital details such as the candidate’s roll number, test center name and address, reporting time, and seat number. Candidates who fail to present their printed roll number slip along with their original CNIC or B-Form will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

Students can obtain their slips by visiting the official website of their respective provincial testing authority — including the University of Health Sciences (UHS) or Khyber Medical University (KMU). They should locate the link titled “MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slip” or “Admit Card,” enter their registration number, CNIC, B-Form, or username, and download the PDF version. It is recommended to print at least two copies on plain A4 paper and verify all details carefully.

On the exam day, candidates are required to arrive at least one hour before the reporting time and bring their printed slip along with their CNIC or B-Form. Items such as calculators, bags, notes, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Only blue or black ballpoint pens are allowed.

Authorities have cautioned that any misconduct or rule violation will result in paper cancellation. Students are advised to regularly check the official websites of their respective testing bodies for any updates or changes in exam instructions.
