‎A review meeting on Jinnah Medical Complex and Research Center was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, during which the Prime Minister directed the digitization of Jinnah Medical Complex and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

‎In the meeting, the concept design of the complex prepared by Chinese company Hong Kong Aohua was presented. Hong Kong Aohua, with 30 years of experience and over 1,000 hospital designs, developed the concept design for the hospital free of charge.

‎The Prime Minister said that the preparation of a world-class hospital design free of cost by the Chinese company for Pakistan is a strong testament to Pak-China friendship and people-to-people ties. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the company’s leadership and every official involved in preparing the design.

‎Shehbaz Sharif stated that this gift from the Chinese company will always be remembered by the government, the people of Pakistan, and the patients who recover at this hospital. Jinnah Medical Complex will be developed into a world class hospital.

‎The Prime Minister instructed that the technical review of the design prepared by the Chinese company be conducted, and that the complex should be digitized and integrated with AI applications.

‎He noted with satisfaction that the concept design also includes complete planning to deal with any future epidemic emergencies, as well as measures for environmental protection, water conservation, and efficient resource utilization.

‎On this occasion, the Prime Minister also expressed satisfaction over the inclusion of solar energy, better use of natural light, water recycling, and initiatives for greenery in the design. He further directed that the system of Jinnah Medical Complex be digitally connected with other hospitals in Islamabad.

‎The Prime Minister issued clear instructions that all steps regarding the construction of Jinnah Medical Complex must be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
