Experts Urge Women to Increase Water Intake During Dry Winter Weather

Medical experts have advised women to drink more water and increase their intake of seasonal fruits such as kinnow, malta and guava to prevent skin problems during winter.

During peak winter, cold and dry weather leads to reduced moisture in the air, causing skin dehydration. Experts say women are particularly affected, as dehydration results in dry, dull skin and a feeling of tightness. These conditions often become a source of discomfort.

Women said that during the winter months, lack of hydration makes their faces appear lifeless and dry.

According to specialists, low water consumption and neglect of seasonal fruits further worsen skin conditions in winter. Dermatologists recommend regular water intake and the use of winter fruits, including kinnow, malta and guava, to keep the skin fresh and healthy.

Experts add that insufficient water intake is one of the main causes of winter-related skin problems. They say that adequate hydration and proper diet can help women maintain healthy skin throughout the cold season.
